Shipping rates are determined by the shipping weight of the items on your order.

All orders will ship via FedEx Ground.

When will my order ship?
It typically takes 1 - 2 business days for AboutFace™ to process your order and ready it for shipping.

Why weren't all of my items shipped together?
Some of your items may not have been available or in stock at the time of order. In that case, AboutFace™ will ship the items on your order that were in stock at the time of order and then ship the remaining items when they become available.

Can I ship to an address which is different than my billing address?
Absolutely! You will be asked to enter the shipping address during the check-out process.
